Deposit & cancellation policy

How much is the deposit?

It's a percentage of your estimate with a set minimum and maximum. The exact amount is shown before you pay, and every dollar is credited to your final balance.

How do I pay it?

Through Square, the same processor we use for final invoices. Card details go straight to Square — they never touch this website.

What if I need to reschedule?

Give us 48 hours' notice and your deposit moves to the new date, no charge. Weather reschedules are always free — we're not going to compound a hull in the rain.

What if I cancel?

Cancel more than 7 days out and the deposit is fully refunded. Inside 7 days it covers the slot we held and the materials already ordered. Adjust this policy to match how you actually run the business.

When is the balance due?

On completion, after the walkthrough. We invoice through Square and you can pay by card or transfer.
